Hi, I just got this recipe tonight. I love this one!! I hope that this is what you are looking for.

Peanut Butter Fudge

2 cups sugar
½ cup milk
Bring to boil. Boil for three minutes. Add peanut butter and marshmallow cream.

1 1/3 cup Peanut butter
1-7 oz. Jar of marshmallow cream

Mix well and pour into a well-buttered 8 inch square pan.

Here is one that my mother has used for over 50 years! It is from the Boston Cooking School Cook Book. Makes the creamiest fudge I have ever had. This is a must for Christmas every year!

2 cups sugar
2/3 cups milk (I use evaporated milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup marshmallow fluff
1 cup peanut butter

Cook sugar and milk to soft ball stage (234 degrees). Add other ingredients. Mix well and pour into buttered pan about 9 x 9 inches. Cool and cut into squares. Makes about 2 pounds.

I just made 10 pounds of the Fantasy Fudge using peanut butter chips in place of chocolate chips and it turned out wonderfully creamy and good. It's all gone and people are asking me to make more.

2 3/4 cups white sugar
3/4 cup cream
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 jar marshmallow cream 7 oz jar
3/4 cup peanut butter
Boil sugar,cream, margarine for 5 min. Remove from heat stir in marshmallow cream and peanut butter stir till thick pour into buttered pan cool about 30 minutes

My grandmother used to make the best peanut butter fudge but she never used the marshmallow cream. She always used the regular bag of marshmallows. Does anyone have it were you can use bad marshmallows instead of marshmallow cream in a jar?
