Does anyone have the PBS cookbook - "C is for Chocolate"? Chocolate biscotti was demonstrated on TV today that sounds delicious. Any help would be appreciated.

Obrien,
I watched some of the Chris Fenemore show on Sat.A lady made a Sour Cream Pumpkin Coffee Cake and mentioned to refrigerate it overnight. Did she mean before or after baking. You might find the biscotti at WQED.com, click on TV then recipes.

Sorry I didn't see the segment on the coffee cake so I can't help you with the information. There is a chocolate biscotti recipe on the website, but it's not the one that they made on the show. Thanks for the suggestion. I'm still hoping to find the correct recipe.
