RECIPE: Cheese Ball

Someone made this for a party at work last week and it is sooo good!

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 stick real butter, softened

1 C. chopped green olives

1 C. chopped black olives

1 chopped green onion, more if you like

Mix and roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate

Serve with small bread slices. We had those long, skinny loaves of French bread - can't remember what they're called.

Yes! That's it. Thanks Ginger. Glad to see you still here. You always are soooo helpful and have the BEST recipes. I haven't been on here in ages. Just working, not doing any fancy cooking. Now the kids are all coming so...
I think the butter is what makes this recipe so good. It just kind of pops gently through with the familiar taste and makes your mouth go "oohhh"
