| I've been looking for a certain recipe for squash. I know you add eggs to it. It's a simple recipe. You do not add mayonaise or cheese. If you have this recipe will you share it with me please. Thanks so in advance |

| 3 lbs yellow squash, sliced 4 TBL butter 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs, divided 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp pepper cook squash in water until tender; drain. Blend squash in a processor or blender. Melt butter & reserve for topping. Mix 1/4 cup bread crumbs w/remaining ingredients & stir into processed squash. Pour into greased 2 qt casserole. Top w/remaining bread crumbs & drizzle w/melted butter. Bake in a preheated 350° oven 1 hour or until bubbly.~~ (Serves 8) |
