RECIPE: Yummitious Idaho Instant PotatoGrass - kids/campers

Intro: I realize that some (or many) people wrinkle their noses at the idea that green stuff can be yummy. So this may interest anyone excluding nose-wrinklers.

No cooking is necessary. This recipe is not dyed in the wool. Rather it's flexible - pick & choose:

Get a large bowl, or small cereal bowl - your choice.
Pour in some Idaho potato buds flakes.
Add pinch of sea salt.
Sprinkle in 1 tsp or 1/2 TB xylitol (or turbinado etc.)
Add some corn oil, or healthy marg. - your choice.
Spoon in just a TINY TAD of Barley Grass Powder.
(I once bought a big bag of Starwest grasspowder online, and it lasts forever in fridge)

Gradually add boiling water and mix all the above ingredients with spoon until desired consistency.

Hey, even the kids may love it (maybe disguised inside whole-wheat pizzelles or tacos).

You can also try substituting milk, yogurt or kefir or sunflower oil, instead of corn oil.

Other options:
You can add some plain soypowder, or substitute quick oats instead of potatoes, and mix the quickoats with soypowder & grasspowder and sweetener.

The combo-choice of powders, sweeteners & fats is very flexible.
