| Intro: I realize that some (or many) people wrinkle their noses at the idea that green stuff can be yummy. So this may interest anyone excluding nose-wrinklers. No cooking is necessary. This recipe is not dyed in the wool. Rather it's flexible - pick & choose: Get a large bowl, or small cereal bowl - your choice. Gradually add boiling water and mix all the above ingredients with spoon until desired consistency. Hey, even the kids may love it (maybe disguised inside whole-wheat pizzelles or tacos). You can also try substituting milk, yogurt or kefir or sunflower oil, instead of corn oil. Other options: The combo-choice of powders, sweeteners & fats is very flexible. |
