I posted a question about whether or not I can use a 9x13" pan for a particular recipe and posted the link. I've just been looking thru the other posts here and find the exact same recipe! It's the Epicurious Carrot Cake recipe, posted in the T & T Carrot Cake thread.

Sorry for not realizing that before. I could've just asked the question in that thread.

In the meantime, Marilyn's Carrot Cake sounds scrumptious, so I'm going to most likely try that. Someone already asked if that could be done in a 9x13 and one person said that they always do their carrot cakes in a 9x13.
