| Before Eatzi's closed a few years back, I fell in love with their Cranberry Orange Walnut bread. While it was sweet, I don't think it was a quick bread because it had a real bread crumb rather thana cacke like consistancy. Would any one have their recipe for it? |

| And did it have big chunks of ginger in it? If it had ginger was it candied ginger? |
