recipe: iso - shelf stable recipe for peache - not jam

Hi all,

I have a lot of frozen peaches that I put up this summer. Looking to do something with them for Christmas gifts, but have plenty of jam/jelly, so that's not what I want.

I was thinking something like mason jar cobblers, but I don't think those will stay fresh long enough. I probably need something that can be out of refrigeration for a few days (if possible).

Yum on your frozen peaches. But once they thaw .......... time to eat.
