1 large package Oreo cookies, crushed
1 large bar of Cream Cheese - room temperature
White chocolate for dipping (white almond bark is OK)
Sprinkles (optional)

Using your food processor, finely crush the oreo cookies until they are powder fine.
Thoroughly blend in the softened cream cheese.
Roll this oreo mixture into small bite size balls.
Microwave the white chocolate - watch closely and don't over do it, or it will burn.
Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate and place on wax paper to harden.
Decorate with sprinkles. Refrigerate.

Note: You can decorate with colored sugar, or swirl some melted semi-sweet chocolate on top of each ball. Refrigerate. Bet you can't eat just one!!!

A friend of mine gave me this recipe and I have been making these delicious little treats for several years now. They are so pretty at Christmas decorated with red sprinkles.

My grand children help me make these and simply love them. We decorate them with multi-colored sprinkles, or colored sugar, depending on the season and their favorite colors. They really are simple to make and are absolutely delicious.

I have also dipped these Oreo balls into semi-sweet chocolate instead of the white chocolate, and then sprinkle them in chocolate sprinkles. Delicious!
