RE: LOOKING for: T&T peanut butter cookie no chocolate

I just posted this on another thread...
Cup of butter
cup of peanut butter
cup of sugar
cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Mix flour with BP and salt...
Mix butter, peanut butter and sugars
add eggs and vanilla..
Add flour
form into walnut sized balls and flatten slichtly and bake 375 about 10 minutes until lightly browned.

And I have another that has no flour in it....but can't seem to find it...It sounds impossible but it's really very good!

I make these when I crave pb cookies!

1 cup creamy peanut butter or crunchy pb
1 cup white sugar
1 egg

****some add 1 tsp vanilla, but I don't.

Mix together egg, sugar and peanut butter. Roll into balls, whatever size you want.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork.

Bake for 15 minutes at 350F.

Cookies are done with they are light brown and a little shiny in the middle.

Let cool 2 minutes before removing from pan.

Recipe yields 2 dozen, 2 inch round.
