LOOKING for: Fruit Sticks

Hi All

Years ago my mom had a recipe simply called Fruit Sticks. It was basically a Pie Pastry that was rolled out in a rectangle and filled with fruit and baked. I believe the recipe made two fruit sticks. If I had to measure them, I would say once folded and baked they would be about 12 inches in length and about 4-5 inches in width. If anyone has a recipe like this please share.
