recipe: looking for: chocolate & banana bread pudding recipe

| I had the most delicious dessert when I was on vacation in St. Thomas awhile back, and I have searched for a variant of this recipe ever since. It was so yummy, definitely one of the better things to dance across my tastebuds:)
Does anyone have a Bread Pudding recipe they could share that uses bananas and chocolate chips, or white chocolate and bananas? |

I would just use my regular recipe for bread pudding and put slices of banana and dark chocolate chips between the layers....and perhaps top it with a rum sauce.
Ann T's recipe would work...and just add some rum extract ( stronger flavor than real rum) to the sauce.
