| Each year they have spent Thanksgiving with us, a friend brings a beautiful pedestal bowl with the most delicious cranberry relish. The flavors are bright, with tart and sweet balanced by nutty goodness.
After a few years of asking for the recipe I finally got it...well, I got the list of ingredients and the method which means a bit of experimentation is needed to get it just the way she makes it. So I am sharing it with you my friends in the event you would like to try it this holiday season. The colors are fantastic and it makes a very nice hostess from-the-heart gift. Cooked cranberries (don't let them cook to a jelly state-follow package directions using sugar!)
Add one at a time to food processor. That's it. Sue

| Oh, I never made a relish with cooked cranberries. Sounds like a good thing to try. I like experimenting with cranberry sauces and relishes... Thanks for posting it. |
