I thought this would be a good new topic to share everyone's favorite tips for cooking.
here's my favs
Butter your dry bread crumbs before topping your baked side dishes like mashed potatoes
It's so easy and makes a huge difference.
2tbs of butter per 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs.
Just add the 2 ingredients in a safe bowl and microwave for 30 sec. stir then crumble on top of side dish before baking.

2nd tip
always rinse your canned beans, like chick peas, before adding to your recipe.

When I make bread or Angel Biscuits.........I always cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes after I have mixed it up, and it makes kneading it much easier.

I reserve the chicken broth whenever I boil frozen skinless chicken breast and pour it into ice cube trays. I keep them in a sealed plastic bag in the freezer and always have chicken broth available.
