| I learned pickled vine peaches is pickled GINGER. I am looking for recipes and if there are different types of ginger! I'm new to site and gardening. Thank you, |

| Ginger is a root.....never heard but one kind of ginger. What some call "vine peaches" are a kind of melon grown on a vine. Pick;ed ginger is ginger for what I know....where did you get your information? Linda C |
