LOOKING for: Ponderosa greek salad dressing

Posted by juantia (My Page) on

I just got back form traveling with my Dad(82). We stopped at a Ponderosa and I ate a "Greek Salad with blue cheese dressing". Does anyone know how to make the dressing? The salad had:
torn lettuce
bananna peppers
red onion
tomatoes

The dressing had blue cheese in it. Can some one help? Thanks

Probably it's a dressing made from olive oil, lemon, garlic and oregano...
Mix 2 T fresh lemon juice ( about one small lemon) with a crushed clove of garlic, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 tsp dried Greek oregano and about 2 T. crumbled blue cheese.
