What to do with leftover turkey after Thanksgiving??

Turkey Lasagna

4 cups cubed cooked turkey
2 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup
2 cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 box Lasagna Noodles, cooked according to pkg directions

Mix first 5 ingredients together and set aside.

Prepare lasagna noodles, Drain

Put 1 layer of the noodles in a greased 9x13x2" pan or pyrex dish. Top with 1/3 of the turkey mixture and sprinkle 1/3 of the cheddar cheese on top. Then add another 1/3 of the turkey mixture and sprinkle another 1/3 cheddar cheese on this. Then add the remaining 1/3 turkey mixture and top with the remaining 1/3 cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until cheese is melted and Lasagna is hot through.. Enjoy Glenda
