RECIPE: Barbeque wild Alaskan Salmon

Take about a cup of terriaki sauce and a 1/2 cup to a cup of brown sugar, mix in a zip lock bag with a little warm water to help all mix together (1/4 cup max), add pieces of salmon cut in 2 inch by 6 inch pieces (approx) and marinate for about 30 minutes. (while the rice is cooking) then place on aluminum foil, skin side down, and barbeque on medium for about 9 minutes or so, serve on a bed of rice with some fresh chive spears to garnish. Our kids love this and is always a hit!
