| mix i tub of mascarpone cheese with one can of custard. soak lady fingers in strong coffee . In glass dish layer lady fingers with half of cheese /custard mix and repeat. Top with whipped cream and dust with coco powder. This is a family favourite . I also add scotch or brandy to coffee if I have any. |
