RECIPE: Looking: Recipe using Muscadines/Scuppernog Grapes

I have access to a whole bunch of these, and last year I made some syrup that was very good, of course there is the old stand by's jam, jelly. But I'd like to try something more creative (if such a thing exists). I dont intend to make wine (although I'd like to) If anyone has any other suggestions, that would be great.

Pie!
just make it like any berry pie but add maybe a little more flour ro whatever you use for thickener.

I saw a recipe today for one, and another for a cream cheese and muscadine pie, that is bold :) but worth a try.

I wonder has anyone frozen them as is to use later? I have probably 50 lbs of them!!!

A friend in North Carolina always basted her baked ham with scuppernong wine. Perhaps you could use your syrup in the same way?
