| I think these dried Korean Shingo pears from Trader Joe's would make a great cobbler filling. Does anyone have a recipe for using anything like this? I am unsure about how much to use and whether to add sugar, etc. Thank you!!! |

| I would think you could mix them with berries, but on their own would be too firm and chewy for a cobbler. I haven't tried this but thought of your post when looking for recipes. Maybe it would work for you? |
