| Has anyone every attempted fermenting their own soy sauce? I have seen a few recipes online, and they are all quite similar. One thing that is always mentioned is that there can be quite an odor after the paste is dried and fermenting has begun. I would like to hear any feedback from someone who has tried to do this. Did it stink really bad? Was it worth it? Thanks. |

| I would assume how much you want to use. There are several brands on the market. You might go into an Asian market and ask them. |
