Just wondering if anyone on here has made boiled cider. I've boiled some down with sugar and have canned it, but am wondering if there is an actual recipe, could also be known as cider syrup, I think. It can be added to apple pies and used on pancakes, waffles, etc. I did a search but didn't come up with much. I doubt that it would be much different than what I made, but could be something that I didn't think of. Thanks!
