recipe: iso very simple yellow squash gratin

I am looking for a recipe that I can use for a squash gratin. Besides squash, onions, mushroom soup, and cheese, I would like as few additional ingredients as possible. Don't want to use eggs, bread crumbs, etc. Anyone have one that will work or might be able to be modified?

This one garners high ratings. You could omit the breadcrumbs. I don't know about the mushroom soup. Have you had one using it?
