posted here, with fantastic picture.
I so want to make it, but no can find recipe.
Think it was made with cake mix.

It was baked in a sheet pan, as I remember.

Anyone remember it?

You can find it on the cooking forum. It's called Crazy Strawberry Cake. The thread was on July 3rd by lucyny.

If you can't find it here is one that is very good too!

STRAWBERRY CAKE
1 box DH white cake mix
1 small package strawberry Jello
1 cup veggie oil
1/2 cup water (I use strawberry soda)
4 large eggs
1/2 of a 10 oz. package of frozen strawberries in heavy syrup, thawed and chopped if whole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease & flour your pans

Mix the cake mix and the Jello together.
Gradually add the oil and water until well mixed.
Add the eggs 2 at a time, beating well after each
Beat for about 2 minutes, then BLEND in the strawberries with the syrup.
Bake in you prepared bundt pan, 2 cake pans, or in you 13X9 inch pan for about 30 - 40 minutes intil tested done. Do not over bake.
Cool

FROSTING

1 box white sugar (powdered sugar)
1 stick pure butter
1/2 box of strawberries

Cream the sugar and butter until fluffy.
Add the strawberries and mix in well.
Ice the cake then place in the fridg.

I would say yes since it has fresh or frozen strawberries.

Maybe we're all lucky to be alive but we used frozen berries and never refrigerated this cake. It didn't hang around long enough to mold.
