4 tb. butter melted
3 lrg. eggs beaten
1 cup half and half
3/4th cup cooked diced ham
1/2 cup diced green onions
1 cup shredded chedder
salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 450, mix butter and hashbrowns and press in a 9 in pie plate or springform pan and pop in oven for 20-25 min.
In the meantime mix the rest of ingredients and when crust is done add the mixture and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or till lightly browned and crispy on on the outside
