| Keep posting Lizzy, I like the looks of all your recipes. Try this on on ribs sometime and I'll try yours. I came up with this through trial and error. I prefer the big ribs to the baby backs and smoke them for 4 hours then wrap with foil for 2 more. Gotta keep the temp low to keep them juicy. Rib Rub 1 part James |

| Thanks James! I love to try new recipes, and will try your the next time I do the meat thing. Like you, I, too, prefer the spare ribs to the baby backs. I keep all my seasonings (usually homemade from others) and yours will go with the rest of them Lol!~ I will report when I use it. Blessings! |
