RECIPE: rub for ribs, pork butt, etc.

Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container away from heat or light.

PORK RUB

6 T. brown sugar

6 T. chili powder

6 T. kosher salt

3 T. paprika

3 T. black pepper (fresh ground)

2 T. garlic powder

1 T. onion powder

1 T. lemon pepper

1 T. tarragon

1 T. rosemary

1 T. thyme

1 T. ground mustard

1 t. cumin

1 t. cayenne (add more if you like it hot)

This will keep a long time if stored right.
