1 c. chunky tomato salsa (if too watery, drain)

1 pound fresh crab meant, picked over and flaked

1/3 c. fresh french bread crumbs (day old is fine)

Mix the mayo, cream cheese, salsa and worcestershire in a bowl until well blended.
Stir in the crab meat.
Season with hot pepper sauce/cayenne
Spread in the baking dish.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top.
Bake until bubbling, about 30-40 minutes
Serve hot/warm with chips, crackers, celery sticks, etc.

You may make ahead and place in fridg until ready to bake.

Lizzy, that sounds really good and I'm saving it. When you get time please tell us how you cook red beans. It's one of my favorite meals. I use an abbreviated version I got from the Gumbo Pages website.
