LOOKING for: Cantalope Bread

I got a recipe for cantalope bread from this site several years ago and I have lost it. Does anyone have a copy? I have some cantalope that needs to be used quickly!

Here you go!

Marlens Cantalope Bread

3 eggs,beaten
1 c vegetable oil
2 c granulated sugar
3 t pure vanilla extract
2 cups of pureed cantalope
3 c all-purpose flour
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
3/4 t baking powder
2 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t ground ginger
1 c chopped walnuts
Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Add pureed cantaloupe to mixture. Sift dry ingredients. Add to liquid. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans (or spray them with Baker's Joy). Bake 325* for 1 hour or until done. Check after 50 minutes.
