I just got a smoothie maker and I know making them is easy and you can use about anything. But, what is your favorite recipe that is especially good?

My favorite Smoothie: Slice a banana, add 1T honey and about 1/4t cinnamon, fruit of choice (blueberries, peaches, etc.),non-fat yogurt. Yum.

The big question is yogurt or sherbert? I tend to like the sherbert. Although, I think if you add a banana to any fruit it will give it that nice smoothie texture.

Here is my favorite:
1 cup non fat yogurt
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup Splenda
1 peeled & frozen banana
1 cup other frozen fruit of your choice (I have used blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, dark cherries, mango, etc.)

Blend the first three ingredients. Add the banana & blend. Add the other fruit & blend. ENJOY! Makes 2 servings.
