| I have an abundance of wax beans currently from my garden.
I am looking for some easy recipes for some salad type dishes using wax beans. I know of the usual 3-Beans Salad, but was hoping to find some different salads as well. TIA
|

| WAX BEAN SALAD: Ingredients: 1/2 lb. wax beans, cooked until crisp tender Directions: Combine all ingredients, toss and refrigerate 1 hour at least. |

| I like to blanch them and toss with red onions or shallot finely diced, boiled potatoes...and drizzle a vinegar and oil dressing over them...good warm, cool or cold from the fridge..oh and toss in some chopped tomatoes just before eating!!! |
