1 red onion, diced
1-2 peaches, diced
1-2 nectarines, diced
1-2 oranges, diced
juice of 1 lime
zest of 1/2 lime
1-2 Granny Smith apples, diced (peeled or not)
1-3 jalapenos, or to taste, diced w/membranes removed (use gloves!!)
1/2 red, yellow and/or orange bell pepper, diced
1 small container fresh raspberries OR 1 cup frozen thawed
1 tsp. sugar

Mix together, chill well and serve with tortilla chips.

RE: RECIPE: Mango salsa

mmmm, ingredients sound very tasty! I prefer a bit of heat in my salsas so I would be dicing the jalapenos with the seeds and ribs. Thanks for the recipe, will surely be trying this one. NancyLouise
