LOOKING for: canning paste tomatoes

Posted by caroline1 (My Page) on

I've heard of making paste tomato sauce by roasting them some in the oven first. My mom even mentioned that there was a recipe for this in a recent Martha Stewart magazine. I can't seem to find it (in the mag or on her website). Anyone else try this? What's the specs on it?
I have lots of paste tomatoes to try this with! Thanks, ya'll!!

Yeah, he's tried contacting me a lot. And Cameroon isn't in the US either. Sheesh. I wonder if we can report him somehow...

He's also emailed me a few times after I asked here for a grape pie recipe. I never quite 'got' just what he was trying to say/ask/suggest, but I did ask him to just post a reply to my thread. He never did though.
