| Im making the sauce today and want to freeze it for next weeks vacation...My fish monger has beautiful Vongole and I want to add for presentation...can this be frozen...with the clams in the baby shells????? TIA |

| The only clams I have had that were frozen in the shells were so bitter you couldn't eat them. |

| Never had clams frozen in their shells....but I have had mussles frozen in the shell many many times. I would name the sauce and try freezing the clams separatly....or at best buy more clams for the presentation. Linda C |
