| Hello.
I am looking for a chicken salad recipe that you serve as a salad (as opposed to one that you put in a sandwich). I would like one that includes grapes and almonds/pecans. Anyone have a good one? Thanks,

| This was first served to me at a mother/daughter luncheon when I was a teenager. I will be 54 this month, and it remains a favorite of mine. I think it is the curry powder that makes it special. EXOTIC LUNCHEON SALAD In a bowl, mix together the following ingredients: In another bowl, stir together: Mix all ingredients and dressing together. Chill several hours or overnight. Serves 8. |
