| I love bread sticks and have tried many recipes. None taste quite right or they are rock hard or they are squishy. I'd like to find a recipe for bread sticks that are crispy on the outside and softer in the middle. Do you have such a recipe in your files? Or is there some secret for making them that I don't know about - like spraying the oven with water like you do for French Bread? Thanks!

| I use a basic French bread recipe, 1 1/2 cups water, 4 cups flour, 1 1/2 tsps salt and 2 packets of yeast. The secret is in the baking and the size you make your sticks....and having a breadstick pan. Linda C |
