looking for: use 3 lbs. of mac. nuts(besides cookies)

Hi, I brought home 3 pounds of macadamia nuts shelled and unsalted from the factory we visited while on vacation. Super deal, but now I need some good recipes to make use of them. I've seen many cookie recipes and I will use some of them for that. Looking for other good recipes featuring or using the nuts. Thx!!!

There are over 300 below & not all cookies. The chicken recipe looks wonderful. Your macadamias should also freeze very well. You're lucky to have so many!
