I had the best salad at El Pollo Loco and the Creamy Cilantro Dressing was one of the best tasting dressings I've ever had. Our old computer can't get me into Top Secret Recipes. does anyone have the recipe for this dressing? Many thanks!

Hope it tastes just like the real thing.

Ginger, I made the recipe from that sotbox website, added an extra tsp of fresh lime juice and sprinkled a bit more cumin and minced cilantro and it was excellent! Just made another batch of it tonight. My DH loves it too. There are no El Pollo Loco's on the Eastern side of the USA so I'm very glad to have this dressing. thanks again! Ann

Wow, this is an old request-2007. I love almost everything on El Pollo Loco's menu. I believe it has got to be some of the tastiest, healthiest fast-food available. Their Creamy Cilantro Dressing is their most popular; it's one of the tastiest, creamiest salad dressing recipes ever created. I recently found and tested this version of El Pollo Loco Creamy Cilantro Dressing, and found it to be truer to the original dressing than the previous recipe posted. I discovered it at the meemoskitchen link included below. Enjoy! El Pollo Loco Creamy Cilantro Dressing 1 Cup mayonnaise

Thanks for the recipe, zthyman. I'll have to try it out. This recipe site isn't very active now but I like to check in once in a while to see if there's anything new - glad I did ;>)
