My neighbor gave us this recipe and we made it for a baby shower this past week-end. It got rave reviews!

Easy, and makes a beautiful presentation.

2 packages of frozen strawberries (10 oz.size)

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 8 oz. container of Cool Whip

1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice

2 & 1/2 cups of colored mini marshmallows

1/2 cup toasted, chopped nuts (optional)

Partially thaw the berries.

Use a 12 cup container/bowl and add the milk, Cool Whip, pineapple & marshmallows, and mix well.

Freeze until solid.

Take from the freezer about an hour before serving, and sprinkle with the nuts if you like.

Have copies on hand of the recipe because you will be asked for it! LOL
