| DH and I went to a really nice restaurant last night with some friends and they served Pineapple Mint Sorbet as a palate cleanser. It was wonderful.....anybody have a recipe? TIA

| Ingredients 1 cup pineapple mint leaves, chopped, packed Directions In medium saucepan over medium heat, bring the chopped mint, water and sugar to a simmer. Cover the pan, lower the heat slightly, and cook for about 3 minutes, until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool the mixture to room temperature. Stir in the white wine and lemon juice. Chill the mixture for 2 hours. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Joe |
