LOOKING for: Mushroom

Outback steakhouse has a dish that is called Mum's chopped steak and the mushroom sauce/gravy topping is fantastic. I would love to make the sauce at home. Any idea what the ingredients are besides mushrooms?

Thanks

It's supposed to be served with mushrooms & a cabernet sauce. See if it's similar to the sauce they serve with their lamb which is also a cabernet sauce.

Could've sworn I posted this yesterday.

OUTBACK SAUTEED MUSHROOMS
2-4 servings
35 min 5 min prep
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
1/2 cup onions, diced
2 (16 ounce) cans small whole mushrooms, like button mushrooms (plus the juice of one can or jar)
1/3 cup Burgundy wine

Place beef broth in a saucepan and simmer onion for 15 minutes.
Add mushrooms, along with juice from 1 can or jar and wine.
Simmer another 15 minutes.
Serve with steak.
