For those of you who might be recipe 'GURU's' like myself, I discovered an interesting recipe exchange at http://nowthatswhatscooking.blogspot.com/. In a nutshell, here are the instructions as to what you do (as posted on their site;

1) Pick a summer favorite recipe that you enjoy.
2) Submit the recipe. Submission deadline is Friday, June 20th. Your super fun exchange recipe will be emailed to you the following Monday.
3) Make the recipe
.4) Post the recipe, review, and pictures (if you can) to your blog or in a post on the What's Cooking board. The deadline to make your recipe is Monday, July 7th. (right after those July 4th parties!!)
5) E-mail a link to the blog entry or post so they can keep track of the entries.

I've already submitted my recipe and can't wait to see what I will be making in exchange. It ought to be fun, and I encourage anyone up for the challenge.

To view my full post I've included a link to my blog.
I have various tried and true recipes listed in my sidebar.

ENJOY!!!
