| Very sad story a woman who works with my sister for many years at Allstate has a 9yr old boy nephew...who she just started to help raise (her 40 yr old sister just died from a heart attack!!!) The child has just been diagnosed with Type II Diabetes with Insulin dependence....The nutritionist wants this boy to get fruit and veggies but he is NOT a fan at all they cant find any he likes believe it or not...Does anyone have suggestions on KID FRIENDLY FOODS...A WEBSITE....A BOOK????? Specifically addressing children...main problem is until diagnosis the kid was a fast food junkie!! Now he is transitioning terribly especially with the loss of his mother...any help appreciated! TIA |
