LOOKING for: Pomodora

A local Italian restaurant serve a dish called Liguini Pomodora.....It has string beans shrimp pancetta sundried tomato over linguini in a Pomodora sauce...Anyone have a T&T similar to this recipe..I also see thinly sliced fresh garlic (done razor style..Goodfellas) TIA

no, sorry... but it sounds like you know all the ingredients, so I say go for it! any nice Italian tomato (pomodoro) sauce will work well, and it sounds like the rest of the ingredients guarantee a winner. I might have to try this one out myself :) Happy cooking!
