depends on what kind of goat cheese. If it's a hard cheese the only thing you can do is melt it...if it's semi hard....try mixing it with some sour cream or cream cheese.
But remember some cheeses just are not spreadable...like say chedder.

Hi, Glenda. You can bring it to room temp & put it in a food processor.

I put it on counter for a while, and it was spreadable. No need to use food processor. Worked great!

Bought it at Whole Foods! Love that place!
