WHere I use to work we made chopped pizza. Let dough rise. etc. Put on pepperoni/cheese/onion/pizza sauce, then you chop it up with a knife, bake, and they were stuck together like bubble bread. Very good. Does anyone know what the name of these are? You can make ham and cheese/greek/vegetable, etc. ones

RE: RECIPE: chopped pizza

Teresa, you've given me a great idea for a family reunion here. We've rented a cabin in the mountains for three days and four nights. There are 27 of us, including many teenagers. We've been giving the adults cooking assignments, and also trying to think of things to keep the teenagers busy. So when I saw your recipe, I thought "Hey -- let those teenagers be responsible for one of the meals, and they can do this one." It will give them something to do and the grownups can take a break.
