| This is a special sald that is easy to do especially for company or even on a brunch table. Adjust your peas/ingredients to how much you will need.
1 large can of peas, well drained
In a bowl mix all the ingredients and season to taste. Best if chilled several hours before serving.

| Also good with some chopped cashews added. I add cubed cheddar cheese to that base and call it "Peas and Cheese" salad. |
