| Does anyone have a good canning recipe for rhubarb salsa.

| I went to allrecipes.com, did not find Rhubarb Salsa, but did find a Rhubarb Relish, steak sauce, and ketchup, along with 144 others! the Rhubarb Ketchup sounds similar to salsa ingredients. I grew up in Maine whit Rhubarb as part of the rites of spring, now in Tx I don't get it unless I buy the frozen stuff. wonder if I could grow it during our winters. |
