| Hey everyone!
I made these last Friday to go with drinks and they were a huge hit. Since outdoor entertaining weather has arrived for most of us, I thought I would share the recipe. Alexa ************************************************* Tomato Tapas
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet. Spoon tomato mixture evenly over slices. 3. Bake tapas at 350*F (175*C) for 7 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts.

| Thanks. |

| Thanks Alexa, just happen to have all that stuff so think we may start dinner with these tonight. Actually with a salad it may become dinner! |
|
| Sounds wonderful, Alexa...but what is "Italian 6 cheese blend?" Does it come in a bag? I am guessing mozzerela, provolone, fontinella, Parmesan....and what else? Linda C |

| Sounds delish, thanks Alexa! |

| You are all welcome! LindaC - the ones you mentioned plus asiago and parmesan. Yes, you can get 4, 5 or 6 cheese blend in a bag or you can just shred your own to taste. Hope you all like them as much as we did :-) Alexa |
