This is a recipe I've made for years and just thought I'd share. I got it from a lady in Wichita Kansas in 1966.

Very simple and tastes great.

CREOL PORK CHOPS

6 whole pork chops

½ cup ketchup

½ cup water

1 tsp Tabasco sauce

1 tsp Worcestershire

2 T brown sugar

Brown the chops in a large skillet. Salt and pepper to taste.

In a bowl, mix all remaining ingredients. Poor over the top of browned pork chops. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.

*Note I double the sauce recipe.
